Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Allergist/Immunologist to join our team at Stony Brook University School of Medicine. As an Assistant/Associate Professor in Internal Medicine, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, teaching, and academic scholarship in the Division of Rheumatology, Allergy and Immunology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highly specialized service as an Allergist/Immunologist, collaborating closely with Rheumatologists to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of academic programs, research initiatives, and educational activities in the Division.
- Participate in the evaluation and improvement of clinical services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with colleagues to advance the field of Allergy and Immunology through research, education, and clinical practice.
Requirements:
- MD (or foreign equivalent) with Board Certification in Internal Medicine and BC/BE in Allergy/Clinical Immunology.
- Experience in the treatment of Allergy/Immunology patients, with a strong track record of clinical excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and students.
