Restaurant Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Server to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for taking and delivering orders, managing tables, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Table Management: Prepare tables with attention to sanitation and order, and ensure a clean and tidy environment for guests.
  • Customer Service: Attend to customers upon entrance, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections.
  • Order Management: Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently, and handle any issues or complaints with a positive attitude.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with other restaurant staff, including kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in restaurant serving or waitering, with hands-on experience in cashier duties.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and patient approach.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
