Senior Geriatric Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Platte County Legacy Home in Wheatland, NE. The ideal candidate will have experience working in SNFs and be proficient in all types of transfers.

Responsibilities include:

• Treating clinically complex patients with adaptive ADL re-training
• Providing training on competency areas as needed
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans

We offer competitive compensation for this role, with an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
