Seasonal Laborer

CHS Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Laborer to join our team in Wray, CO. As a key member of our grain team, you will assist in running daily operations during wheat and corn harvest. No previous experience is required, and we offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and overtime hours to maximize your take-home pay.
Responsibilities- Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently, including preparing trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and loading/unloading agricultural inputs.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the commodities handled at the location and comply with company policy and government regulations.
- Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform grounds maintenance, including snow removal, and warehouse work, including driving a loader and loading/unloading inventory.
- Promptly report any customer complaints, repair or maintenance needs, or safety concerns to supervisor.
- Must meet minimum age requirement.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in dust and adverse weather conditions.
- Ability to operate machinery, such as loaders and conveyors.
