Qualifications for Skilled Tradesmen
  • 2-4 or more years of experience in their trade on both residential and historical projects.
  • Possess your own hand tools (hammer, speed square, pencil, carpenters pouches, etc.)
  • Ability to work closely with the roofing crew and project coordinator.
  • Be able to measure, cut, and correctly fasten wood structures per project specs.
  • Shape or cut materials using hand tools, machines, or power saw.
  • Measure and mark cutting lines on materials.
  • Able to perform all steep slope roofing activities (set and climb ladders, carry 50 lbs, etc.)
  • Have excellent communication and team-oriented attitude.
  • Multitasked.
  • Technical competency.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
  • Clean, Valid driver's license is a PLUS.
  • Must be able to pass a nationwide background check, drug test, and physical.
  • Able to work 10-12 hour days, year-round.

Compensation
