Job Title: Chef Manager

Whitsons Culinary Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to lead our kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they meet our high standards for food safety and quality.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in high-volume food service management.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • ServSafe certification required, OSHA certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
