Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize company technology to complete various maintenance work orders as directed by the Community leader.
  • Execute unit turnovers as instructed by the Community leader.
  • Ensure timely completion of work orders, documenting detailed notes in the tracking system.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests within the district, which may include on-call duties.
  • Maintain required certifications for the position.
  • Uphold the maintenance standards of the communities within the district.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of plumbing and/or electrical systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance and repair processes, ensuring a positive resident experience through effective communication and timely service.
  • Adaptable and resourceful problem solver.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Physical Requirements:
This position involves extensive walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations will be made for talking, seeing, and hearing.

Work Environment:
Responsibilities may require travel between communities, with work performed both indoors and outdoors, including residential areas and communal spaces.
