Job Summary

Visions Treatment Centers is seeking a skilled and qualified Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the overall success of our treatment center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, and healthcare/clinical team.
  • Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with others, demonstrating respect for and understanding of other clinical disciplines.
  • Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner, integrating knowledge, skills, and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families throughout the continuum.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Registered Nursing License (RN) is required.
  • Industry experience preferred, with a willingness to train the right candidate.
  • CPR & First Aid License required.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to provide visual and auditory supervision of clients.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries with all clients and staff.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
  • Stays calm and emotionally available in an environment serving emotionally disturbed youth.
  • Demonstrates group leadership and organizational skills.
  • High degree of clinical knowledge and competence.
  • Completion of Background Check, including criminal history and fingerprinting.
  • Competent in maintaining client confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintain current CPI and CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, and MVR clearance.
