Bonamour Health Group (BHG) is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality care to our residents in a long-term care facility setting.

• Conduct evaluations and treatments to help residents achieve their maximum potential
• Collaborate with the occupational therapy team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide education and training to residents and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
• Document resident progress and maintain accurate records

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
