Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a full-time Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing high-quality care to patients in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on medical orders.
- Document findings accurately and timely, adhering to all guidelines.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
- Ensure medical orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients, utilizing modalities and modifying treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
- Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
- Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
