Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Autism Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center in Glendale, Arizona. As a Lead Autism Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.

Job Description:
As a Lead Autism Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA therapy plans for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, including speech, OT, and psychology, to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Implement ABA therapy plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), working closely with clinical leaders to refine your approach.
  • Oversee a team of about 7-8 clients, ensuring seamless continuity of care and high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on progress.
  • Build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement.


Qualifications:
To be successful as a Lead Autism Therapist, you will need:

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • ABA early intervention experience.
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
