Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Weekend Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Brickyard Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing units.
Responsibilities:- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses, Care Specialists, and other personnel to ensure high-quality care and adherence to facility policies.
- Implement and evaluate nursing care plans, ensuring resident-centered outcomes and cost-effective practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to share information and coordinate care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
- Demonstrated understanding of state and Federal rules and regulations governing nursing practices.
- Ongoing pursuit of Continuing Education Credits in clinical subjects, management, and personal growth and development.
