Palm Careers LLC is seeking an experienced Cardiac RNFA to join our team in Palm Springs, CA. As a member of our cardiac surgery group, you will work closely with our team of cardiothoracic surgeons and physician assistants to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Circulate and set up the room for surgical procedures
• Scrub in to assist the surgeon and physician assistants
• Hold the heart and other organs during surgery
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient procedures
Requirements:
• Experience as a Cardiac RNFA in a hospital setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with minimally invasive techniques and cardiac surgery procedures
Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive hourly rate of $80-$95
• 1.5x overtime pay and call pay
• Housing, travel, and transportation expenses covered
• Credentialing, licensure, and malpractice insurance provided
