Join SAP's Business Transformation Services Team

We are seeking a highly skilled BTS MRO Architect to lead innovation and digital transformation initiatives for our largest and most important customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic and tactical roadmaps for the MRO area, charting the deployment of digital solutions and creating compelling business cases to guide customer decision-making.
  • Provide comprehensive advice to customers on long- and short-term opportunities for their key strategic imperatives and recommend innovations that anticipate the future direction of business and IT stakeholders in the MRO/Aftermarket area.
  • Facilitate collaborative architecture discussions with customers' IT and business executives, working effectively across multiple functions and teams to define clear requirements and achieve business outcomes.
  • Analyze key business and IT requirements in the BTS Acquire to Retire area, with a focus on Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul activities for Assets and customers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation, with the ability to lead customer engagements at an executive level.
  • Proven knowledge of MRO processes and deep implementation experience in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and cloud solutions for MRO, ideally in the Public Sector (Federal Civ and DoD) or A&D.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to estimate the financial impact of various solution architecture alternatives.
