Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Five Below. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
- Assist with merchandising and visual displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
