Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience with Language Model Models (LLMs) in prior roles, contributing to the development of innovative products.
  • Familiarity with sectors such as Chat, IVR, and Banking is a plus.
  • Hands-on expertise in Speech to Text technologies, including Whisper and Google TTS.
  • Understanding of Vector Databases and Graph Databases, such as Pinecone, Milvus, and Neo4j.
  • Solid grasp of Transformer and Neural Network models, with practical application experience.
  • Experience working with Open AI APIs and Open Source LLMs, including Llama2, Mistral, and Mixtral.
  • Proficient in utilizing frameworks like Langchain and Haystack, with the capability to implement Agentic Workflows.
  • Experience in generating Embeddings using MPNET and Ada models.
  • Utilization of advanced techniques such as HyDE, MMR, and LLM reranking for enhanced semantic search.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage, execute, and deliver large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and monitoring program health.
  • Define program strategies based on business needs and return on investment expectations.
  • Collaborate with leadership on change management, communication strategies, and cross-functional teamwork.
