Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of non-medical in-home care and demonstrate reliability and responsibility.

  1. High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  2. Possession of a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
  3. Current physical examination and TB test.
  4. Capability to transport clients when necessary.
  5. Minimum age of 18 years.
  6. Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
  7. Interpersonal sensitivity and tact in interactions.
  8. Dependability and adaptability.
  9. Insightfulness and effective communication skills.
  10. Successful completion of competency exams, CPR, First Aid, and AED training.
  11. Clear background check required.
