TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our guests at our quick service restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering friendly, accurate, and efficient service to our customers, ensuring a positive experience for every traveler.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and dining teams to ensure seamless service
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
• Establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and coworkers

• Basic computer and POS knowledge preferred
• Previous food service experience a plus
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
