Hospice Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Baptist Reynold's Hospice House in Collierville, TN. As a Hospice Nurse, you will provide end-of-life care to patients and their families, utilizing the nursing process to achieve quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on nursing care in the hospice inpatient setting
• Develop trusting relationships with patients and their families
• Accurately document problems, goals, interventions, and patient/family response to hospice care

Requirements:

• One year of clinical experience
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice
• Current CPR Certification
