Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and experience working in a float pool environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • Current Florida RN license
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification
