Practice OverviewThis is an employment opportunity that includes the benefits of call coverage and competitive compensation with a productivity model. Responsibilities- Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- NBCRNA certification
- Current PALS and ACLS certifications
- Florida state license
- FT salary starting at $190,000/yr for new grads, increasing with experience
