Compensation Overview
Estimated earnings are approximately $2134.00 per week, with a breakdown of taxable income ranging from $828.00 to $972.00 weekly. Hourly rates may vary based on shift length.

This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekend shifts. The unit typically operates with a patient-to-nurse ratio aimed at 1:4, though it may occasionally extend to 1:5 or 1:6. Nurses are expected to float to other units as necessary.

Qualifications
Applicants must possess current CPR/BLS certification, a valid RN license in West Virginia, and ACLS certification. Physical requirements include the ability to lift between 50-100 lbs.
