Team Structure: The anesthesia team includes 6 Anesthesiologists and 3 CRNAs, with daily staffing comprising 2 Anesthesiologists and 3 CRNAs managing 4 operating rooms. The role is focused on surgical cases, which encompass various specialties such as general surgery, gastroenterology, orthopedics, podiatry, gynecology, and obstetrics.

Compensation Package: The position offers a competitive salary of $500,000 annually, which includes a $450,000/year 1099 income plus a $50,000 W2 Medical Director stipend, along with a comprehensive benefits package. All provider malpractice insurance will be covered, and health benefits commence immediately.

Work Schedule: The work schedule follows a 3-week rotation, requiring 11 working days within a 21-day cycle. The schedule is structured as follows: the first week includes rotating call from Monday to Sunday, followed by Tuesday to Friday with rotating call the next week, and then 9 days off. Daily OR coverage is required, with on-call duties every other night during working periods (No OB Call).

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution
  • Board certification in Anesthesiology
  • Active medical license to practice in the relevant state
  • A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in anesthesiology
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
