Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and compassion to individuals with complex diagnoses.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $39 per hour, based on industry standards and location. Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at Genesis HealthCare, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing thorough nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Collaborating with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to provide comprehensive care.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Delegating patient care responsibilities to staff and supervising them to ensure tasks are implemented effectively.
  • Communicating patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Hold CPR certification.
