Responsibilities:

  • Implement and carry out behavior support plans to promote positive outcomes for clients
  • Work closely with behavior analysts and therapists to develop and implement effective treatment strategies
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure they are informed about their child's progress
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client behavior and treatment

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field (or 2+ years of relevant experience)
  • 1+ year of experience working with children, preferably those with special needs
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and practices
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
