About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our team. As a QC Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities meet project-specific codes, standards, and specifications.

This position involves understanding project scope and quality requirements, contract documents, site drawings, manufacturer product data/manuals, and company quality plan and standards.

You will schedule, conduct, and evaluate various site inspections, quality monitoring, and surveillance of daily and upcoming work.

The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical background with quality control role and possess OSHA certification. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential.

Additionally, proficiency in basic computer software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Quality Inspection and Surveillance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project-specific codes, standards, and specifications.
  • Quality Planning and Documentation: Prepare inspection and test plans, document testing, measurements, inspection reports, and other quality reports.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.
Requirements:
  • Experience in electrical background with quality control role required
  • OSHA certification is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in basic computer software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
