Job Responsibilities

The Industrial Grounds Maintenance Field Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks at industrial settings such as government facilities and military installations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Federal regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

  • Ensure job site safety and compliance with Federal regulations
  • Maintain equipment and supplies for assigned work
  • Monitor employee timekeeping via ATS
  • Supervise cleaning crew including training, counseling, and coaching
  • Arrange work schedules for rotation staff members
  • Resolve problems and discrepancies on jobs and interact with clients
  • Conduct quality control checks
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Proficient supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Landscaping skills and use of industry equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and multitasking skills
