We are looking for a dedicated full-time or part-time Vocational Nursing Specialist to join our team, focusing on adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will be an integral part of a healthcare team, responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and adjusting care, and implementing individualized nursing care plans.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing essential patient care and treatments, such as wound care, managing bedsores, and performing catheterizations.
- Measuring and recording vital signs.
- Administering medications and maintaining accurate records in our electronic health system.
