Customer Experience Coordinator

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification.
Estimated Salary:$65,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience
About the Job:- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Manage customer service levels on the retail showroom, including team member execution on customer service programs.
- Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
- Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
- Process retail customer returns and exchanges in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
- ASE Certification.
