As a Registered Nurse in our Medical Surgical department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, utilizing our advanced patient-centered care model.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care activities.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, utilizing strong interpersonal skills.
  • Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, driving excellence in patient care.

Requirements:

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • 1+ years of RN experience, with preference given to those with medical surgical experience.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) in certain units.
  • Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN, or BSN, with ability to obtain BSN within 4 years.
  • Relevant clinical experience and/or specialty certification required for certain practice areas.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English required.
  • Physical ability to meet job responsibilities, with basic computer proficiency.
