- Establish quality standards and review plans for accuracy and compliance.
- Engage in business development activities and assist in proposal preparations.
- Oversee invoicing processes and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Supervise engineering staff and collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in the relevant state.
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with state design standards and software.
- Familiarity with project delivery for governmental entities.
