Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

FCS, Inc. is a leading provider of mental health services in Seattle, WA. We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a consultant. In this role, you will work closely with local nursing homes to provide expert advice on mental health care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Consult with local nursing homes to provide expert advice on mental health care
• Work closely with facilities' staff to ensure that residents receive the best possible care
• Provide training and education to nursing home staff on mental health care best practices
• Develop and implement plans to improve mental health care services
Requirements
• Master's degree in nursing or a related field, with a specialization in psychiatric nursing
• At least 5 years of experience working in a similar capacity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
