Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Harps Food Stores. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in supporting the meat department's operations and ensuring the highest quality products are available to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support meat department operations, including receiving and stocking meat products
  • Assist with meat department replenishment and inventory processes to maintain optimal product levels
  • Follow all company and food safety guidelines for fresh food preparation, production, and processing
  • Ensure all products are properly packaged, wrapped, weighted, and priced, and labeled
  • Adhere to all proper equipment procedures, including cleaning and maintenance requirements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a meat cutting or butchery role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
