Route Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Sales Representative to join our team at Frito-Lay North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a field sales or route sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
