- Problem-Solving: Prevent careless mistakes, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions to clients.
- Communication: Regularly check-in with direct supervisors for guidance and feedback.
- Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift 50 pounds with a team.
- Reliability: Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Driver's License: Valid/Active Driver's License.
- Eligibility: Eligible to work in the United States.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a federal background check.
- Community Involvement: Donate two meals to Feeding Children Everywhere for every job completed.
- Team Environment: Be part of a dynamic team with great attitudes and work ethic.
