Aramark Uniform Services is seeking a reliable and skilled CDL Shuttle Driver to transport products between Market Centers and remote/depot locations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience and a valid CDL-A License.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate a company vehicle/truck to transport products between Market Centers and remote/depot locations on time and according to route delivery and facility processing schedules.
- Confirm route scheduled and details with Market Center Production Manager.
- Verify daily preventative maintenance of vehicle/truck, schedule regular maintenance for tractor/trailer, and maintain proper operator documentation, driver duty status logs, daily vehicle inspections reports, and schedules.
- Manage daily route to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.
- Load/unload product per company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Take responsibility for your personal safety and watch out for the safety of others in the Market Center and across the road transportation.
The CDL Shuttle Driver will be exposed to adverse and varying weather conditions, fast-paced environment requiring irregular and long hours, and physical demands including lifting and maneuvering up to 50+ lbs. and standing/walking while loading and unloading.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years driving experience required.
- Valid commercial drivers license, and meet minimum DMV/MVR points per company policy.
- Current CDL-A License.
