Caregiver for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

About the Role:
Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to help people live well and have a fulfilling career.
We have openings in various locations, and you'll join a mission-driven team to create meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist people with their daily needs, such as hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges.
- Develop real relationships with the individuals you serve and help them achieve their developmental goals.
- Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Hourly rate $15.00-$17 an hour (depending on experience) and a full benefits package for employees working 32+ hours/week.
