Job Title: Travel MRI Technologist

Focus Staff is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Travel MRI Technologist to join our team. As a Travel MRI Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified MRI Technologist to work on a travel assignment in Albany, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MRI procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes.
  • Conduct patient interviews to explain MRI procedures and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Ensure patient and staff safety by following safety protocols and monitoring patients via closed-circuit TV.
  • Orient new hires and train MRI Technologists, students, and trainees.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist with a strong background in MRI procedures.
  • Current licensure in the state of New York.
  • BLS certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
