We are looking for an experienced C++ engineer to take on a pivotal role in developing a sophisticated low-latency trading and market data system. This position involves spearheading a groundbreaking project within a prominent financial organization. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in low-latency programming on Intel architectures and demonstrate proficiency in C++ (versions 17 and 20) within a Linux environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and implement a high-performance, low-latency trading system with a primary focus on equities market data.
  • Develop and enhance networking solutions and lock-free algorithms tailored for real-time trading applications.
  • Establish order entry protocols and maintain reliable exchange connectivity.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to deliver top-tier software solutions.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of C++ and C on Linux for system architecture, emphasizing low-level programming and hardware optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in low-latency C++ development, particularly with C++17 and C++20.
  • Proven expertise in low-latency systems, specifically on Intel architectures.
  • Strong foundation in low-latency networking, lock-free algorithms, and real-time systems.
  • Familiarity with equities market data and order entry protocols.
  • Proficient in developing and optimizing systems for Linux.
  • Experience with KDB, finance, and scripting languages such as Python is advantageous.
  • Exceptional architectural and design capabilities, with a focus on high-performance systems.

Compensation:
