Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will partner with leaders in the organization on the execution of Human Resources programs and initiatives, working collaboratively to anticipate and resolve issues at assigned project sites and serve as the point of contact to support and implement effective Human Resources solutions and strategies.
About You
We are looking for a skilled and strategic HR professional with a proven track record of success in a complex, highly matrix environment. Your strong business acumen, combined with your ability to effectively communicate and partner with all levels of the organization, will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, we require a minimum of three years of related experience, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the success of our organization. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Coaching business leaders on HR policies and procedures, including talent planning, compensation, learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement
* Partnering with teams to influence positive change, manage business strategies, and promote our culture of continuous growth
* Consulting with leaders on their project strategies to ensure alignment and analyzing trends and metrics to identify gaps and develop appropriate solutions leading to improvements
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $67,338.00 - $97,640.00, based on applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity. Our benefits package includes 100% employer-paid HDHP insurance premiums for employees, 100% employer-paid dental insurance premiums, 401(k) with company match, HSA and FSA options, vision insurance, education assistance (tuition reimbursement), work-life balance, and an employee/family-focused culture.
