Job Summary

This Financial Services Audit Director position offers a unique opportunity to become an industry expert and drive business growth at one of the fastest growing public accounting firms in the nation.

You will lead audits and other assurance services for middle market clients, working closely with firm leadership to deliver industry-focused solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients throughout the year to understand their business goals and challenges.
  • Develop and implement testing to assess internal controls and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery of results.
  • Provide valuable financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing performed and information gathered.
  • Deliver business insight through thoughtful review, analysis, and discussion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required; master's or advanced degree desirable.
  • CPA certification required.
  • 10+ years' experience providing financial statement auditing services in a professional services firm desired.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates desired.
  • Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and timely completion of projects.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.
