Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Ensure compliance with MOD Pizza's operational standards and policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
  • Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations
  • Must be at least 18 years old
