Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on environmental programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and operational personnel to establish and maintain environmental programs, ensuring compliance and submission of required reports.
- Lead projects aimed at environmental protection, such as water reclamation facilities, air pollution control systems, and waste-to-energy operations.
- Develop and maintain initiatives to enhance environmental programs and organizational objectives.
- Conduct environmental compliance audits and assist sites in closing open action items.
- Design and implement environmental training programs and delegate training responsibilities.
- Provide technical recommendations for environmental remediation projects and legal actions.
- Monitor progress of environmental improvement programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (may consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
- At least 6 years of experience in environmental engineering.
- Experience participating in audits and understanding of relevant environmental regulations.
