At MM Packaging, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Packer Night Shift. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, loading and packing materials, and maintaining accurate machine paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand production control records to ensure accurate processing.
  • Make quality decisions based on provided information to maintain product integrity.
  • Operate and maintain all scanning equipment to ensure efficient production.
  • Load and pack materials on all finishing equipment to meet production demands.
  • Communicate effectively with operators to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Assist operators in preparing machines for production and provide support during repairs.
  • Train new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands:

  1. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
