Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Attorney Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of complex commercial litigation experience representing companies in federal and state litigation matters, including financial fraud, securities, breach of contract, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and argue motions, take and defend depositions, handle complex discovery, and court appearances
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
  • Work with a team of experienced attorneys to handle state and federal litigation, appeals, and regulatory proceedings
Requirements:
  • Admission to the Texas Bar
  • At least four years of complex commercial litigation experience
  • Experience in all facets of litigation, including preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, handling complex discovery, and court appearances
