Job Summary

IBM is seeking a highly skilled Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Threat Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining client threat intelligence platforms, providing expert advice and recommendations to client leadership, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain threat intelligence platforms to support client security needs
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to client leadership on security posture, vulnerabilities, and security standards
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement security best practices
  • Support security monitoring and incident response teams during incident investigation and response
  • Document processes and generate reports to meet compliance requirements and organizational policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years managing threat intelligence sources and feeds
  • CISSP or equivalent certification
  • Strong understanding of security monitoring, incident response, and security best practices
  • Ability to analyze complex security issues and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with FedRAMP compliance standards
  • Familiarity with NIST guidelines, including NIST SP and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
  • Knowledge of other security frameworks such as CIS Controls or ISO 27001
