We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at The Goddard School of Richmond, VA. This role offers a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year.

As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment for our youngest students. This includes supporting each child's social and emotional development, establishing positive relationships with families, and working collaboratively with classroom teachers and faculty members.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Experience working with children aged 0-2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure
