- Supervise and mentor dental assistants and hygienists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in dental care.
- Graduation from an accredited school of dentistry with a D.D.S. degree.
- Current licensure to practice dentistry in New Mexico.
- Experience working with underserved populations, preferably in a community health setting.
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English proficiency, preferred.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, with frequent exposure to patients and healthcare staff. The successful candidate will be able to maintain a high level of professionalism, providing excellent patient care and communication skills.
