Job OverviewWe are seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Fargo, ND. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality services.
The RBT will be responsible for providing direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily-living skills to reduce problematic behaviors in the home and community. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a passion for working with individuals with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized behavioral interventions to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide education and support to families on reinforcement strategies and early intervention techniques
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and data collection
Requirements:
- Current or willingness to obtain RBT certification
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
