Job Title: General Laborer

Job Summary:

Arrow Construction is seeking a skilled General Laborer to join our team in Manteca, CA. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair of underground utilities.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground utilities, including wet and dry utilities, directional drilling, potholing, patch paving, and concrete restoration work.

* Operate heavy equipment, such as backhoes, excavators, and dump trucks, to perform various tasks.

* Perform manual labor tasks, such as digging, hauling, and lifting, as needed.

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

* Must have a clean, valid California Driver's License.

* Must pass a drug test, pre-employment physical, and background check.

* Great pay and benefits package, including health, pension/401k, and safety incentive.

* Pay will depend on experience.
